I had an awesome experience with Auto Medics working on my Camaro. They completed an oil change using high-quality products and also handled an oil sample study, which I really appreciate for keeping a close eye on engine health. They also swapped my tires, and everything was done quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. The crew is professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. If your wanting a mechanic that wants to make sure your satisfy and have someone who cares. Then auto medics is the place. Friendly crew and all ways their to ask questions. They will take a look at your vehicle and send a full report and images and videos or link to with info so you have a better understanding on what is going on. You have no idea how nice that is. Then ask permission to do the work. Half the time other places see a problem they didn't tell you about and fix it and charge you for it. But to be honest. If your looking for a good trust worthy place. Auto medics is the place. You cant go wrong. 2 thumbs up 10 out of 10
Super nice people and super thorough diagnostics. Went in for a new alternator and they told me everything else they found wrong with my car haha. When I said just the alternator there was no overselling. Took them maybe two days to diagnose, get the part, and fix it. When I picked up the car they explained the warrantee on it and what he recommended I fix next. Great experience.
I took my van in for a pre-sale inspection. Brian and the mechanics did an incredibly thorough job for a very fair price. They found a problem in my brakes that previous shops missed, and saved me time, money and hassle.
Such great service and interaction here! They explained everything very well and we're so understanding and friendly. And they were quick to with on my vehicle and get it back to me
