After having home insurance for 35 years I ended up with two homeowner claims in the past two years. The adjuster in both cases was Jared and he did an excellent job explaining to me what I needed to do and how to do it. He responded promptly to all of my emails and occasional texts. He recommended an organization to help with reconstruction and clearing out my home and I was very satisfied with them, as well. I felt fortunate to have Auto-Owners as my insurance company.
