Simple put… not the best customer service I would of expected. When dealing with a paint color for a vehicle and being told that “something it just doesn’t work out” ! Is definitely a disservice and not what anyone wants to be told after spending time and $$$ at their business. My suggestion..:: spend your money elsewhere. Business Model Suggestion: Stick with the wholesale and close your doors to any public contact.

Great selection for purchasing automotive paint and related products. HOWEVER..., The problem is they seem to be the only business in the area that cannot seem to deal with COVID-19. You are still NOT allowed into the store !! You must know exactly what you want - and call it in - either ahead of time or while in the parking lot. ??? If you don't know what you want, don't waste your time. I write this in September 2020 , a full 6-months into the "pandemic" cycle and only this store, for whatever reason, cannot figure out a way to offer anything better than the most basic "curbside service". Just an odd approach to customer service.

Excellent service. Needed some quality paint for my bumper. I had no prior knowledge as to what I needed, but the guy at the counter was very knlowedgeable and knew exactly what paint I needed to get the job done right.

Chris the man behind the counter spent an hour with us today and was very helpful. Highly recommended. He knows his stuff.
