Auto Select Hortonville

Mike, Todd, and team always take great care of me when it comes to auto repair issues. This last time they chased the typical O2 sensor fault which ended up not being typical. Ultimately is was the catalytic converter. The OEM part was over $2000. The Auto Select team searched for after market parts and didn't find anything they felt comfortable with. They let me do my own search and we came up with one from a reputable manufacturer that we both felt comfortable with. The team installed that part and saved me $1500 and my car is back to normal with no issues. The Auto Select team is extremely flexible, honest, and transparent. No one likes to deal with auto issues, but Mike and team, make it as painless as possible. Thank you. Jason.

Highly recommend! When other places were booked out over a week, they got me in same day when my car was barely drivable. My car was fixed by the next day! I had another concern after picking it up and they fixed it the same day I dropped it off! Fantastic place to work with. Will be going back with future car troubles!

Auto Select,Hotonville, Wisconsin was courteous, very noligable. They found my battery was down on cranking amps and leaking, a light and the plug in wire was faulty. This they found while doing an oil change. Their inspections payed off as I feel better with a new battery , especially as cold as it's been. Recommend any one who needs service to go there. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took my car in for an oil change after I stopped in, unscheduled. Told me if I left it there they could get it done by end of day. Gave me a ride to work. The tech pointed out a tire light ( which I knew about) and a few other things. I received a call less then an hour later stating the car was done. The tech (John) had noticed a few more items during the short test drive back to the shop. Very observant. Great job from all there! Hortonville location

Excellent service when our car started leaking oil suddenly, they got us in quickly to evaluate and then provided a car to drive while they repaired the issue. The service was done quickly and thoroughly and we were VERY happy with the service and experience we received.
