My wife and I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX S Type a few weeks ago. We met Trevor (Owner) as their sales person (Cody) had a day of vacation. The entire process was painless and without drama. I personally worked in sales for close to 40 years and thought Trevor was completely honest and candid. We live an hour and a half away but felt Greenville Auto was the establishment we had to do business with. Because of the extensive options on this vehicle, we elected to purchase an extended warranty. Greenville Auto has 2 excellent options reasonably priced. The inventory is unlike many used car lots. You can tell they are selective on what goes on their lot. Trevor offered a fair price for our trade in which made the process even better. Last comment is that Greenville Auto has a full service shop

Extremely cheap, but you get what you pay for. I brought my VW Golf in for new suspension, brakes, and muffler. I was given a two week timeline and it ended up being over 3 weeks. I ended up shipping them a muffler off eBay because I was sick of waiting on them to find one. When I finally got my car back there was a new clicking noise when I made left turns. I took it back in and the lead mechanic couldn’t nail down what caused the clicking, he tried to sell me an axel replacement as the solution. I declined, and brought the Golf to Rob’s Auto body & repair. They informed me the axel was in need of replacement but the clicking was due to a sensor that was routed incorrectly while replacing the suspension. Just bought a 2022 Lexus RX350 from Greenville Auto last week and this was our first time we visited this dealership. Working with Cody was a breeze! I think this is the first time we had a “pleasant” car buying experience. Usually we feel pressured or the process takes an inordinant amount of time with sales staff having to go to the back room to talk with someone regarding our offer/s. Cody was very accommodating and we weren’t rushed, pushed or pressured at all. We were offered a fair price for our Lexus trade and overall the experience was very positive. The vehicle has very low miles and was meticulously clean. The dealership is small, and very nice inside. And they have a nice selection of vehicles!
