These guys are truly the best. Hands down, they’ve provided the nicest and most positive interactions I’ve ever had in the auto industry. They are consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. I had ongoing turbo issues, and they repaired it twice within one year. The second time, they went above and beyond—working their magic to keep the repair covered under warranty so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. When several sensors started going off just days before I was scheduled to trade in the vehicle, they were kind enough to get me in the very next day. Their communication is excellent. So I’m writing underneath my fiancé account. (This is teagan) he told me to make an appointment with them and bring it in. He said everytime he brought his car in he has never left with an issue. So i brought my car in. When i walked in it was welcoming and very friendly. They told me how long the wait was going to be to change my rear differential in front and directed me to the waiting area. While sitting there in the waiting area a guy was waiting for his vehicle and one of the workers came out to update him on his and his comments where I’m soo glad i came here. Once my car was done they showed me everything that they looked at on the paper they printed. They told me i have an exhaust leak and everything else looked good. I told them thank you and also asked how much the exhaust leak

I had my first experience with Autoselect and definitely will continue to use them for future services. I was very impressed with the care and support given to get my truck back to being safe to drive again. It went from feeling like I was driving a lumber wagon that the wheels were gonna fall off, to a safe solid smooth drive. The customer service was excellent as well. I feel confident to continue to give them any future business. Thank you Autoselect!!

I’ve always had wonderful service at Auto Select, they pay very close attention to detail and explain everything in a kind manner. Everything is also very reasonably priced. They also have a great waiting area with snacks, drinks and a bathroom. 10/10 recommend.

I had Auto Select do a wheel bearing on a Saturn SL2. Told them that it has been replaced a couple times already and that there might be something else going on. It cost about $800 and they did the wheel bearing. A couple hundred miles away the same wheel bearing failed. So I had to replace it myself (rather than getting it towed 200 miles). They would not warranty it or work with me at all on this. High prices should come with high quality but, that’s not the case here. So , I would not recommend them.
