Birchwood Highlands Apartments 55+

Our apartment is beautiful, facing east, with the sun streaming in. Our building is always clean and updated. The staffs are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They plan lots of fun, activities! It's a great place to call HOME!

Brett always goes right to the problem. He's a very personable individual and respectable. Wish we had ten of him . Great going Birchwood!

Our storage unit was ruined by water from the air conditioner above it with a lot of water damage to our personal belongings and the unit. We had several wonderful neighbors who helped transfer to a smaller unit at the other end of the hall. After 4 1/2 months I called our office to ask when we could get our personal stuff back in the unit and they still did not have the trim on, but said we could start without doing the trim. I agreed, doing it slowly trying to save work space for the trim on the entrance door. I again will have to call to at least get the trim around the inside of the door and the light switch. I feel like the East building is an afterthought as far as activities . Also, all of the hall carpets and stairs need a good cleaning. The air control in the garage doesn’t seem to be working. The floor is frequently wet from humidity.
