Griesbach Auto Service Weston/Wausau

I bought a Chevy Silverado 2021 truck and they inspected it. Did the oil and help put a brush guard on it. Did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to become your mechanic.

Each service I receive is exceptional at Griesbach Auto. They go above and beyond with their attention to detail. Yes, they will almost certainly tell me something I don't want to hear. That is because I am not the perfect care care person and they want to be sure I understand what should be done and what must be done. Recommendations are never pushed on me, just openly discussed for decisions to be made.

Amazing customer service! Was traveling and had car issues. Went to 2 other places who couldn’t help and called Greisbach Auto Service and they were willing to take a look at my vehicle, even though they were busy. They diagnosed the issue and gave me recommendations based off of my situation traveling through. They made a bad situation a much better by their care and recommendations. Best auto service experience I’ve had. Would definitely recommend to anyone who lives in the area.

Very friendly and informative. Truck was repaired 2 days sooner than expected. Was able to have a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being completed which was a major plus. Reasonable prices. Will definitely come back for any future work.
