Auto Shop

We were having a diesel engine problems with our 3500 Ram as we were coming into Cody. Jason at the Autoshop handled it in an expedited fashion. The mechanics at the shop were extremely knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. The service was exceptional and the truck was in and out the same day. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any travelers with vehicle problems.

Had a break down on a family vacation. These guys went out of their way to get me in right away and back on the road quickly, despite it being late in the afternoon. The service was great. They replaced my alternator but also noticed some pulleys were on their way out too. They showed me the pulleys were wobbling and making noise. I know this isn't just an upsell but honest work - the new ones were much smoother. It was great to find a trustworthy mechanic/tech and a quality shop. It sure beats dealing with my local dealership, and some of the other shops I've been to. The parts were on the expensive side, but they were in town so I didn't have to find a hotel for the night. Great customer service. We were staying in Cody while on a road trip from Alabama and got a rock stuck in the brakes. The issue had fixed itself as we pulled into the auto shop but they still checked it out which was very reassuring before we started our drive back home!

Jay helped us in our time of need; right rear brake pads on our GMC truck were metal to metal. He squeezed us in on a busy Monday morning; we had to get out of the area due to impending weather and head home. Auto Shop was a Godsend and we truly thank them for being there for us.

Jay and his team provided the best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. Jay did what he could to help us get back on the road. Under promised and over delivered in every way. He sourced the parts as fast as possible which was really important to us in our situation. These guys are phenomenal! Absolutely incredible service.
