Rocky Mountain Car Wash

Stay away from this car wash. It was a waste of my money. I got the $13 wash and it couldn't get the dirt off my hood or sides. I pretreated the wheels and tires with degreaser 30 minutes beforehand and again 5 minutes before washing it. Still dirty. Enlarge these pictures to see the dirt left.

Great customer service, great car wash! Plus they were giving away shammies and dash cleaners today! I purchased the monthly wash and ABSOLUTELY love just driving up, scanning the QR code and driving thru! Quick and convenient!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a monthly pass here. I made the purchase today and went through the car wash same day. My car was still dirty after the wash so I went back to tell the employee that I wasn't happy. There were 2 women there and I was told that the car wash I purchased ($19.95) per month was only for removing dust from the car, not dirt! She said I would have to spend andther $10 per month to get the dirt off, there is no $29 dollar car wash. The next level up is $35 dollars. Then she asked me how long it has been since I washed my car by hand. I washed it about a week or 10 days ago and I use wax as you dry every time I wash it. We are here in Cody working for 6 months and decided to treat ourselves to the wash for 6 months. I also asked for a refund and was

Best car wash in town. I hope they don't upgrade it like the one across town. That one hardly cleans, just a pretty show. Totally worth having a car wash monthly plan.

Jim at Yankee car Wash is an amazing kind gentleman... Today was just one of those afternoons where nothing could or was going to go right. It's a day and a half till payday and I've got 30 bucks to my name I decided that washing my car would help turn my afternoon around everyone knows that always makes you feel better and Lord knows it needed it. I made the mistake of going to another car wash first thinking it was going to be cheaper. The only thing that got cleaned was me out of 10 bucks nothing worked. But I decided to not give up and go to Yankee car Wash and could not get it to work right either. Beyond frustrated at this point I decided to do something I almost never do and call the company to complain Jim answered who was so attentive and supportive he even insisted on me waiting
