I had a blown tire about 6 miles from town on the Belfry Highway with out the right sized spare. After a long wait my Insurance coming finally arranged for Bighorn Towing to come and tow my carry. They came right away and towed me to a shop. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely used them again. Thanks Guys!

Our truck broke down in Yellowstone Park and we were thousands of mile from home and three hours away from our RV. Unfortunately the park only has one towing company and they will only tow to one of the entrance gates and then you have to find another company to tow it wherever the repairs are going to happen. Most of the dealerships were two weeks out before they could even look at it to troubleshoot the issue. Bighorn Basin Towing not only picked up my truck but also handled the repairs. I picked my truck up two days later and made it back home to Georgia with no issues. These guys were quick and efficient and I believe very honest. Recently went to the dump saw we got a screw in the rear tire pulled into Big Horn Basin towing they immediately came out pulled the screw found out it wasn’t leaking, didn’t charge us a dime then played with the dogs. Short version: We experienced car trouble on our way to Yellowstone, and Eric and his crew worked hard to make sure we would make it home. Long version: My husband and I were driving from Colorado Springs to Yellowstone when my 2006 Xterra broke down in Cody on Monday. I called Bighorn Basin Towing to tow my car to a nearby mechanic, and they said they could work on it in their shop. So I decided to go with them for the repairs. I mistakenly thought that I had a front caliper go bad, causing the wheel to lock up. Turns out my pads and rotors needed replacing. The rotors were worn down, and the pads were metal on metal.
