Keith and his employee did an excellent job today. They fixed my car on the spot took their time and definitely had patience everything got done within 2 hours figuring out the problem and Keith even drove to getting the part. Quick simple and fast great team AWESOME service. My insurance company definitely directed me to a great company. Better than any dealership or car shop I been too!

1) A1 Auto Solutions LLC's owner named Keith was very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and he took the initiative towards ensuring quality service. 2) Examples includes previous and this situation, my suggestions, Keith's expert advice, now a revised positive plan. 3) Previous experiences with USAA including multiple calls and long wait periods, combined with USAA's automated system bugging me for a pin, then SSN, then pin again, made me want to seek help elsewhere. Yesterday, I received an error message about low air pressure in tires. Therefore I had four tires filled up. Only, for this morning as I traveled to work to receive the same message again. Thus, I used my air gauge and noticed 3 of 4 main tires were fine. However, the 4th via front passenger side, was flat. 4)

Thank you for such awesome and speedy service. We, unfortunately were left with a dead battery and AI Auto Solutions came to the rescue within minutes. Even in the holiday season, you guys were on point and I would like to express on behalf of my family our gratitude for your commitment to serve. Bless you guys!

The owner Sam is a great, honest guy who does great body work. We’ve had our car repaired here twice and he’s done a great job on both vehicles. We highly recommend this business.

This building is only a building , not a business , structure is used as a residential property , no website, nothing about this place is a reputable Auto repair shop. The only reason I gave it one star along with my statement is you must rate it to post .
