Mavis Tires & Brakes

Edited! I was initally told my tire was absolutely fine, perfect in fact. Nothing to indicate tire damage, although my tire was loosing air. While they got me in and out super fast, they did not locate the hole from a piece of metal which had affected the tire. AMERICA'S 1 STOP TIRE SHOP DID!!! 🙌🏾 I will say thank you for getting me on my way, and for not charging me, since you actually didn't do much at all. Customer service was good.

Excellent service from start to finish! I came in needing new brakes and a tire inspection, and the team was friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There were no surprises with pricing, and the work was completed sooner than expected.

Unfortunately while driving we noted a nail lodged in a tire. Of course it's a Sunday at 3 pm, but Mavis came through for us. The Macon Road branch was too busy so they called Schaumburg who didn't have the tire we needed, but Kitten Lake did. We were happy with Nick who was very personable and professional. The technicians were quick and efficient. Got the tire replaced and headed out on our way all before closing time! 😊👍 Thank you Mavis team. Way to go.

Got my front tires changed along with rear driver side tire patched. Their service was respectful and friendly and time sensitive with how packed they were at the time. Mechanics were extremely friendly as well and worked with me not having a lug nut key. All in all great service would recommend.

I received exceptional and outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient; especially Mr.Nick and Mr. Tyler! My issues were explained clearly, completed the testing, and made sure I understood the issues perfectly before I left. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer care!! ;)
