Went in on a Tuesday for some bumper dents and an issue with my headlight assembly. Brian helped me create multiple quotes at multiple price points, showcasing the different services at different prices they could provide to help with the fix. Ended up dropping off the truck early on Friday and had it back on Saturday in fantastic condition. People took the time to learn my name, were friendly, and are hard workers

Excellent work, I’ve used other companies in the past, but this shop will have mu business for life. This site wouldn’t let me post a separate review, but I had my Windshield replaced Wednesday. I have Farm Bureau insurance and I found out that Columbus Body Works and Columbus Auto Glass is a preferred Body shop….a rock broke my Windshield, so I dropped the car off the Flat Rock location. The staff transferred my car to their Veterans Parkway location for the repair. Then, the same day it was delivered back to the Flat Rock Road location for me to pick up. “Now, that’s what I call great service!” Brian, I really appreciate your work and service dedication!”

Highly highly satisfied is an understatement. I’ve always dealt with cbw for my needs in the past. They’ve built a facility in midland and I had a bumper that needed to be repaired since I’ll be giving this car to my daughter (a new driver). I brought it here. Ms. Betty was the sweetest. Mr. Brian (manager/owner?), smart as a whip, prompt, and meticulous. I’d taken my car to Toyota’s body shop the repair would have been over a thousand, but bringing it here was worth while and he did exactly what I was needing/looking for. I’d highly recommend this place 1000xs over.

Recently my mom had her car repaired at this location..Ms Betty was AWESOME in updates..scheduling..etc..the company itself is TOP NOTCH..all in all..this place IS THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!! Thanks again Tony Walker Columbus Georgia
