Auto Spa Gloucester

After a long drive the day prior, I wanted to clean my truck, especially the undercarriage to remove salt. I considered going to a coin operated wash but was concerned I would only be able to spray under the wheel wells. Then I found Auto Spa offers touchless options that include undercarriage wash, the "Gold spa". The concept of drive through automation is good but the results are terrible, even worthless. My first time at Auto Spa will by my last as it was a complete waste of $13. It didn't do well washing the truck at all, and it's as if the undercarriage wash did nothing at all. On seeing the results, I went to a coin operated wash to hose off the salt under the wheel wells at a cost of only $3.00. Don't waste your money at Auto Spa.

This is my favorite car wash! The equipment is dependable, the drive-thru self wash machine is always working properly, accepting cash or credit card. I have gone to neighbouring car washes self drive-thru and they do not clean thoroughly as this one does. I drive for Uber and Lyft so having a clean vehicle is important. Soon they will have two self drive-thru washes available as they have recently added an additional self drive-thru. The current drive-thru wash nozzles have been replaced recently so very even flow of water and soap. Dryer is very effective as well.

Workers helped me when I did the dumbest thing with my vehicle that I'm not used to driving just yet (thank goodness they were there at the time). I spent about 2 minutes with them afterwards and thanked them. I am going to assume that by standing right next to me, they had to of noticed the vehicle was still dirty or else just for their help, I would have given more stars. I got home and after paying $14, my car looked the same....dirt and stray cat paw prints on the hood. No one was there when I went back. I guess I should have listened to my husband and waited for him to come home and wash it the old school way. Note to self and anyone like me, be patient lol

Went through the car wash and dosent even look like I went through my car was still dirty

Never again, went through the car wash today and my car us still dirty. Didn't seem like the automatic car was was working correctly. Side of car, all the way down the side looked like it still dirty . Then I put 20$ in the machine and I got back all quarters. Very very dissatisfied!
