The car wash is good. I have had issues tho where the car wash didn't wash my truck, but the owner gave me a wash code and it worked. The owner is incredibly rude. Seems common place in this are with custome service.

Absolute waste of time and money. Spend over twenty dollars, no products came out of any hoses. They just lazily leaked water from the wand. I tried every single wash bay including the auto one. The little bit that did come out smelled like it was super cheap or had been sitting for a while. It literally smelt like a Porta potty. I wouldn't even pay 8 dollars for a wash there, Absolutely disgusted. Will be calling every day til I get an answer and a refund. The pictures you see are after 3 rounds of supposed "bug off" Update: Owner said it's the "Most expensive products out there" and they they "are and have been all full" both statements a lie. I know what expensive products look and smell like. Spend the extra three dollars, and get fifteen cents off a gallon at Mirabito in onenonta or

No soap in "foaming brush" and tire cleaner takes almost a minute to transition while cleaning. That's a long time for a business that charges you by the second. No trach cans at vacuums. Charge more, less services? Hard pass. If Matrix wasn't so bad I wouldn't have come here. Lesson learned. I'll wash at home.

Honestly this car wash doesn’t even deserve one star but I can’t leave less than one. I put money in the machine, start washing my truck then the machine took my money off and cleared everything when I tried adding more. I called the owner to explain what happened to get my money back or be able to finish washing and he was very unprofessional. Gave me a bunch of attitude and said I was threading him when I said I wanted my money back and would go somewhere else. And the water pressure sucks.

This car wash is 'no touch', but provides a complete clean.
