I called Auto Sparkle to clean my seats because my dog child had an accident. I spoke with Jimmy and he was so helpful. He wasn't able to clean my car but he provided suggestions. He advised what I should look for and what to ask to make sure it's done correctly. By Jimmy taking time out of his busy schedule to give me helpful information spoke volumes to me. I think he cares about what he does and the people he come in contact with. Thanks Jimmy. I hope to visit and get the most amazing experience.

Have had Jimmy do three of my vehicles- a complete interior and exterior detail for some stubborn odor in a Lexus GX460, a detail for a VW that had never seen anything more than a gas station car wash, and he is currently doing a restoration of my neglected weekend use Shelby GT500. They have come back looking good as the day they rolled off the line and I’ll update my post for the Shelby as well. He kills it every time and has a clear passion behind what he does, and the knowledge to achieve expectations (though for me he has been above them every single time). He is also very forthright about what he can and cannot do. If you’re leery about detailers because you know too much, or have been burned by people who don’t know what they are doing, then Jimmy is your guy.

I really got my money's worth by having my truck detailed. Hours upon hours were spent to clean years of dirt and dog hair. It's ready to sell now. Super professional guy who saw every nook and cranny. It's worth the time and money. As a professional appraiser of 20 years. I just saw the value go way up.

Let me start by saying Jimmy is a pleasure to do business with! He's professional and very detail oriented! He knows what he's talking about and knows what he's doing. Listen y'all. We've got 3 teenagers and an infant, 3 dogs and 4 cats that have been in this car wreaking havoc on the inside of this car for years. The car has been back and forth from SC to MA, GA to MI numerous times and Jimmy made it look BRAND FRIGGEN NEW! It looks better than when I bought it from the dealer! Phenomenal work. My car had serious hard water spots on the black paint - which shows those spots readily. Jimmy got them out and my car looks awesome. Highly recommend. New car - Jimmy made my Cayman S look incredible. He is the best - period.
