I come in for a part for my car and instead of having me do it they fixed it for me. Gave me sound advice I would recommend this auto value any day in the week. I wish I could’ve gave him a tip for his great job, but the corporate managers won’t let them take tips, they’re very trustable couldn’t ask for a better experience The guy who helped me name Dave hanks I recommend him this location faribult

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I tried to ask a question and get some advice about buying a car, their response was that I was an adult, I need to assess my own risk. Gotta love the "people helping people" attitude!! Lol

I inquired about a motorcycle online. Jason was rude and would not answer a simple question. I would pick anywhere else to go. If that's how he treats a buyer, I can only imagine how he handles any other business manner. Not to mention Jason S, the only one to give 5 stars is the one I am talking about!

Always very helpful and very fast delivery. If they dont have it, they"ll bring it asap the next morning.
