Auto Works brought my 1998 Land Rover Discovery back to life after 18 months of dormancy. They initiated a comprehensive vehicle inspection, replaced the starter motor, diagnosed and resolved a persistent battery drain problem, and repaired a serious problem with my hood latch mechanism. They also replaced a front blinker lens and changed the oil, oil filter, and air filter. Overall, I had a very good service experience. Matt was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire diagnosis and repair process, and my trusty old Discovery is now safely back on the road---and for this I am quite grateful to the good folks at Auto Works of Brandon.

The employees are super helpful and nice and really took the time to answer and explain to me any questions I had. The prices are very reasonable. I got a battery and they did it for me on my lunch break which made the process so easy for me. I will definitely be using them for all my automobile needs!

My BMW X5 battery died and to my surprise when that battery is completely dead you can’t jump it and can’t move the car. My car would had to have been Towed. Auto Works of Brandon sent a technician to my house with a new battery and I was up and running. The technician Alex was fantastic and the staff support was impressive. Being new to the area it can be a hassle trying to locate a shop I can trust with the repairs of my wife’s 16 Audi A3. Well I’m incredibly glad I found Autoworks of Brandon. Kevin and Matt were extremely helpful, but more so, the convenience of their text message system with work up is awesome. After dropping the car off, within a few hours I received a very detailed work order through text. It gave me options on tires, as well as a very thorough inspection list of issues with the car that I could approve or not. Now I understand no business gives away anything nor am I expecting it, but the cost was very reasonable.
