The Elite Auto Total Car Care

Brought my wife’s vehicle in for rear brakes & rotors. Front desk staff is friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean. They had hot coffee available as well as a TV to keep you entertained. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time and the price was very good and what they quoted. A+ well done.

I went in because I was having issues with spacers on my truck. They did their diagnostic and easily found out the spacers were just not seating properly. They got me squared away immediately! Also got my brakes replaced all in under an hour. My ram shop wouldn't see me for another 5 days or so. To be honest I was going next door but one of their amazing Mechanics saw my issue from just driving by. So I immediately turned around and picked Elite Total!!!! Thanks team I will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about The Elite Total Car Care. As a young woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars, it can be incredibly daunting trying to find a shop who isn’t going to taken advantage of you. They are always incredibly kind and patient about explaining what’s going on with my car. They never try to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary work — instead, they walk me through what actually needs attention for my care to be safe. Im always given a detailed breakdown of everything being done, and that honesty and transparency mean everything. It’s so refreshing to find an auto shop that treats you like a person and not a transaction. I truly trust them, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

2020 Chevy Equinox, engine light on. Shakes and sputters at idle. Sometimes stalls. Only about 55k on the vehicle. I had priced Diags, and the price I paid was well in the ballpark of what I had found. Simply finding out the codes without knowing what to do about them would have done me no good at all. I needed to find someone who knew what they were looking at. So, I agreed. They went right to work. It was more than just slapping the machine on the car and reading some codes. There were seven codes, btw. The tech made adjustments, cleaned, and then drove the car for about 90 minutes at least. The diagnostics were extensive. When that was all done, I was bracing for the worst. I even joked, "How much is a new engine?"Instead, I was told the problem was a normal thing they had seen before,

This is the only place I trust to work on my Jeep. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and polite (Scott is awesome). Quick turnaround time and fair prices. Overall a great experience, I recommend 10/10.
