STAY AWAY! I had to learn the hard way! Due to an unfortunate incident that occurred about a year ago. My Model X was loaded into the wash tunnel directly behind a very large truck with oversized tires that should never have been allowed in the tunnel. While my car was being washed and I had no visibility, my vehicle was suddenly pushed forward and repeatedly struck the truck in front of me, resulting in approximately $7,000 in damage. At the time, both the local management team and ModWash corporate acknowledged their mistake and negligence, apologized, and agreed to cover the cost of repairs. I love dropping in Mod Wash most any time I want. My SAV - sports adventure vehicle - enjoys a good scrubbing and vacuum! Had to get the glitter out from an adventurous weekend. Grant Sutherland was so helpful yesterday during my visit. My card had been compromised so it wouldn’t let me go through, but he identified the problem very quickly and got it all updated within minutes. He even came over afterwards and cleaned my windshield! Excellent service and manners!

Colton was cool and really helpful. He knew what he was doing, explained things clearly, and took charge like a manager would. Made the whole experience easy and smooth. Definitely good service.
