Yo I like you guys and all you do good work. But where the hell are you ? It's been over a month my car was only supposed to be there for a day. Iv been having to walk this entire time when I could of had my car going. There was no call or anything saying it was going to be a while or nothing. Idk if just wait for you to care at all and answer the phone or if I need to call the police. at this point I feel like I'm being screwed out of my time to get it fixed. Feels real dirty to disappear on your customers without contact and hold there cars from them. Idk if I will be bringing any of my cars back to you after this.

This new place has become the number one car repair service in Scottsbluff, NE. Extremely knowledgeable and high quality in service delivery. These guys are real professional experts who do not upsell additional service and work very efficient for very fair prices. They are just amazing.

My particular vehicle had what was a difficult diagnosis. I'd been to other shops and they'd through a part on it charge me and send me on my way. This left me stranded with a tow bill. Auto Works took pride in finding out to root cause, repairing my vehicle and standing by their work.
