Maybe it’s time to start looking for another place to get the service done on all four of our vehicles. I’ve been taking my cars here for years now and have never really had a problem the vehicles that I’ve had detailed have always come out great. But the last time I brought my daughter’s car in I had noticed that it was low on oil but close enough in between changes that I had decided to just get the oil change done at that point. The technician mentioned that if I ever needed a top off on oils between changes that it was no charge. So as of yesterday I had checked the oil level again in that exact car because she mentioned that she checked it and it was low I confirmed what she found and told her to run in down to the shop so they can top it off as I didn’t have time myself. Carlos at the Richland location deserves all the tips and a raise! We went through that location for the first time today and he seems to be the only one working and he did an awesome job! When we got there, there was 1 car currently going through and 2 before us in line. He ran to the front to dry that car, ran back, sprayed and brushed the next car, ran back to the front to dry, ran back, sprayed and brushed the next car and then us and the car behind us, ran back to the front before the car in front of us was done to dry them, us and the car behind us! All was done with a smile on his face and a good attitude!

Excellent job on shampooing my car seats. Even went above and beyond to clean my dash, windows, vacuum and console. Great value, excellent service and easy to schedule. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years! Always get the best customer service! Either from my oil change, Service or car washes. Everyone is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

Ok, listen up people, this is the best deal around town $20 for an unlimited car wash for a month and they do a GREAT job! Thank you Hobbs for coming out to help us. He explained to us that if we decided to go with the monthly unlimited car wash that all we would have to do is pull up to the gate to which it would read our plates and then the gate will open. How nice is that! I don't know about you but i love driving a nice clean car it does make my day better. So to know that anytime I'm in town now i can pull up and get my car washed and it will fill like free 😁! I'm sorry i didn't catch her name but she helps me pull my car forward everytime don't worry next time i will get her name. So then to go thru the wash and then to have it dried by Carlos is great. Oh, i wanted to mention it
