Paul “ the receptionist” always follows up with a txt to the customer about if their service needs have been achieved and performance of their vehicle.

I’ve been to a few German auto mechanics with my e30, this place is honestly is the best that I have been too. I took my car in and told them what’s has been going on with my car and they have a specialist for my car and I’m assuming specialist for other cars as well. They took very good care of my car and were nothing but polite and professional and are super fun to talk too. They fixed the problem like it was nothing and made my car run new just like how it came from the factory and made it run better then it did before my problem I had. They did an amazing job and I would recommend to all. Paul is a very nice guy and is as well great to talk too. The mechanics are very professional and do a great job. Second review update - since they want to say that I had three separate leaks. I had water coming up under the passenger side seat. I came in to get it looked at and they told me that they thought it was coming from the door. I had them take care of it and the leak continued within a couple of days. I brought it back so that they can look at it again. They told me that it was taken care of as I left a second time. I did not have to come back anymore for almost a year because there was no rain, and therefore, no way for me to be able to have a leak like that again . I came back to them and told them that I was having the same issue as when I first came in and they immediately told me that it couldn't have been that because it's been a year since I was there. I had them inspect it once again

I have been bringing our Audi to Autobahn Automotive for over 3 years and will be bringing our new Audi to them. They do great work and more importantly a honest, friendly. I feel comfortable going to them with any questions or issues. It's like having a family.

Has done amazing work at a great deal on a bunch of my cars! Highly recommend them!
