Autobell Car Wash

Inside of my car was still wet. They claimed to have wiped down the door panels, but the marking on my door panel was definitely not there before I had them wiped the door panels down, so I’m not really sure how it got dirtier. I’ve had a few different people recommend this place but after going there myself, I definitely will not be returning. I’ll just take the time to clean the vehicle myself

It's hard to find a full service Car Wash that takes pride in the service they provide. Autobell at this location fits the mode of most franchise car washers. My husband and I stopped here for a car cleaning, we pull up and the employee admeditly asked would we like the Super Polyprocess Wash. l looked on the price list beside him and saw that it was one of the more expensive Washes and I was looking for a more detailed cleaning then the basic so I agreed. After the outside Wash was completed and we pulled up for the inside cleaning, I asked him to please ensure that my compartments are cleaned. I pointed around the cup holders, and around the gear shift where crumbs tend to fall and collect, not looking for a detailed clean but at least $37 worth of cleaning. When the car is ready and we

“That’s a first” said the employee as he tried to pull this strip of their equipment that damaged my roof rack. This car is only 2 years old and the factory roof rack has never had an issue until it went through their wash. Numerous small scratches from their brushes as well. Took an hour here filling out the “claim” for a teenager to say that “Autobell doesn’t accept responsibility.” He claimed he inspected my vehicle before and after which is untrue. I also pointed out several spots that were not clean and they did not re clean any of them nor did they even offer a refund for today’s (lack of) service. I paid for the highest level wash to get wax to protect my paint and ultimately they’ve damaged my paint, my roof rack, cost me $40 and however much it costs to fix the roof rack now.

One star is too good of a rating. $45 and nothing was cleaned, vacuumed, or wiped down. I still have dirt in my floorboard and seats, mud on the side of my car, four marks all over the dash and sides of the car, and that stained my seat. The manager, Steven, refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO Here!! You're better off found it yourself at one of this pop up places.

I paid for the most expensive wash, including the add ons, and I was severely disappointed with my service. My car was not cleaned very well. Crumbs were left in my door and cup holders, the middle console was extremely sticky, and it didn't even look like they vacuumed under the seats at all. I bought my wash online, and when I arrived at the car wash I still spoke to the cashier to ask if there was anything additional I needed to add or pay for, as it had been awhile since I had my car cleaned and I do have small children. The cashier assured me that I paid for the most expensive wash and all my concerns would be handled.
