I hit a deer and took my car to auto collision. We have used this company 5 times for various issues and have had nothing but red carpet treatment. They are detail oriented. When my vehicle was done I was able to leave my rental there avoiding an additional step to retrieving my vehicle. I was amazed by how great it looked and the interior was fantastic. Everything looked brand new and pristine. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family

Excellent repair work. poor business model/customer service communication. Costing insurance and you more. Had a scheduled appointment booked 6+ weeks prior. Dropped off the vehicle on the scheduled date and the rental. They didn't start work until a week after the appointment because of "totaled collisions" which received priority at my expense!!! I would have rescheduled the appointment had i known

I have had 3 cars painted by Autobody Collision over the years: Two completely, and one partially. I have found Bud and his crew courteous and conscientious, and they did a good job. Bud has grown the business and is a good businessman in the community.

Took my car there after hitting a deer . It took over 5 weeks to get it back ! Continuously told there were parts issues. After getting it back i realized something was wrong with the hatch door i couldn't get it open. Took it back and they realized my dogs seat cover had gotten jammed in it when it was shut after the detailed my car. After I arrived back home I realized it wasn't opening correctly still so went back and it was insinuated that it was probably broke prior ! Which it was not! Then they said they would fix it and it has been since the second week of January and it's still not fixed ! Supposed parts issues again. I looked online and can have the part in 3 days also my windshield leaks that they replaced and I'm paying someone else to fix it ! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
