The service was prompt, courteous and they got me in and out while paying special attention to my health needs. John was very helpful and extremely friendly from my first phone call, through to the actual service appointment! I’ll definitely be back should the need arise.

Went to Midtown for a recall. (As I always have) This time was different. I drove my car there with NO noise. Had the recall fixed. Drove my car off the lot, and there was a loud noise. Now I need a new wheel bearing. Call them back and tell them the issue. They looked at it, told me what was wrong. Gave me an $800 estimate. My car WAS NOT making the noise when I dropped it off. They made me feel stupid and that it was my fault. I will find another place to take my car, moving forward.

I called with my problem and Service had me come in immediately. It was fixed in no time! The receptionist offered me coffee and cookies. Each service rep I spoke with was super polite and very welcoming. Midtown is a great place. I’m so glad they are local.
