I have never been disappointed with Warren Tire Center. After a very busy day (for them), they still made customer service their top priority! I am so appreciative of the kind employees, from the mechanics, the service representatives, and the owner. What a great local business! Thank you!!

Do not EVER drop a package for UPS there! Two weeks ago, my boyfriend dropped a UPS package there for me. Their scanner was down and my package, a $200 pair of trail running shoes, was thrown in a pile. Of course, I have NO TRACKING NUMBER because the package was not scanned. Now, because I have no tracking number, the package is "missing." No one is taking responsibility for its loss. Because I have no tracking number, I am stuck with the loss. DO NOT EVER DROP a PACKAGE THERE - their scanner might be "down," and if so, you will be left with the loss and no one to fix it. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Got a flat this past weekend on the way to Jakes Rocks by the Kinzua Dam. Got the spare on and figured our day would be spent sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours...but we were in and out in 35 minutes!!! Great price, friendly staff and very quick service...saved our day! Thank you!

Cannot speak enough of how great this place is and how friendly and kind they are. I recently moved to the area and got my inspection done there and had a few things to be fixed. They made sure I was taken care of. Thank you all so much you are wonderful!

Bought 2 sets of tires here and had good luck initially. Was warned they did not have good service. I should have listened. I keep getting turned away with no timing of when they can do a simple rotation and change tpms sensors. Wanted to make sure before I buy my 3rd set (due soon). For a small town there are several other options and I will be seeking them out. Adios Warren Tire.
