Autobody USA Marshall

Recently had to have some extensive repair work done due to the road construction around Marshall. This shop was recommended by my insurance and I'm glad they did. They kept me informed of any changes to the estimate, even letting me know that I needed to get new front tires. The original repair window was nearly 2 weeks from the time I dropped it off, but they were able to complete the repairs 3 days early. Seamless repairs, since you can't tell the new parts from the old.

I had an outstanding experience at AutoBody USA in Marshall! I was having an issue with my door hinge not lining up properly, and from the moment I called, Melissa was incredibly welcoming and professional. She got me in right away without any hassle. When I arrived, Melissa and a gentleman named Steve came out to take a look. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with the door. Steve quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly showed me what was causing the problem, and provided a solution on the spot. The door now opens and closes perfectly! it was handled with precision and care. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both efficient and genuinely kind. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help without making me feel rushed

They went above and beyond, The insurance took forever to approve the work, but they had already ordered parts and had everything they needed by the time it was finally approved. They also did an amazing job at keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Definitely will go back if I need any body work done in the future.

After two trees fell on my truck Anybody USA fixed it for me. Chris and his team did an excellent job, I am very picky and they exceed my expectations. Thanks for getting my truck back on the road looking better than before.

Fantastic service start to finish. Kept me updated along the way and made these repairs amazing experiences. First was a insurance repair, but because they did such a fantastic job, I scheduled the next one out of pocket! Car looks great! And the truck came back looking awesome! Completely transparent on repairs! No surprises just a good clean job well done! As a fleet manager in the area I will be glad to have Autoboby USA in my play book!
