Camper had a blowout. Good Sam repairman wanted $450 for a second tire which was also damaged. Called Mike at Tire City and he set me up an appointment and had me back on the road in less time than what Good Sam’s took to come out and change the first tire. It was less than half the price I would have paid while on the highway. So glad I’ve now found Tire Cities hidden location in Marshall.

showed up for 4 services. scheduling was fast. Service was professional. Everyone was nice and they kept in contact throughout the process. They even took me home and took me back after service was complete. I especially liked the added paperwork that stated what my car needed in the near future with prices. Oh yes, I love this place, Tire City Auto repair! I could feel the love in this place ,even in the busyness of the day I still felt the love. All the young man that were trying to repair cars and make people happy. I truly feel that this place is going to get a big huge blessing from God. I am more than satisfied with my service especially the owner of the business He is a beautiful man inside and out. I pray goodness and gracious will follow you all the days of your life. This is my new place that I can visit often and bring them gifts. We need to honor people and love on people no matter what! I came in for a tire repair. They were very professional, got me in the same day I called, and the price was great. While I waited, it felt like I was in Cheers because they greeted everyone by name and knew their story. It was a wonderful reminder of why we need to shop small so these wonderful home-town places stay open.

Tire City was able to get me in right away for a tire that was going flat. They throughly inspected all of my tires and gave me recommendations with photos versus a sales pitch. They fixed the tire with a leak and the cost was reasonable. The waiting area and the shop is very clean, which says a lot about professionalism. They are very friendly! They even have coffee while you wait. I highly recommend Tire City and will return when in need of their services.
