My new to me Jeep recently failed to start while thankfully parked in my own driveway. After the basics were checked, I had it towed to a local shop for service. After not believing their diagnosis, I then had it towed to Fountain Auto for a 2nd opinion. Braden and his team there were able to resolve not 1 but 2 different issues. They had me back on the road within a day of the parts arriving. If you want your car fixed right, definitely take it here!

Great experiences! My most recent encounter was having all tires on my Honda balanced, rebeaded, and new valve stems. All because the discount tire place where bought my tires from didn't. For a year, I was adding air on a weekly basis and accepting the slight shake while driving. Even after taking back multiple times with the same results. Finally, took it to Fountain Automotive in Marshall, Michigan and it was handled swiftly and honestly with fair prices. My lesson has been learned.... you get what you pay for. The service and knowledge is priceless. Every technician gave their time and respect. Definitely recommend!

Amazing and honest shop! They give great advice on what you should replace next or if anything is leaking. Gave me some tough info about my past car and how it wouldn't be fixable and even if I tried it would cost more to fix the car then what I paid for. Fast forward to my new car which also has more problems they kept it for 3 days and ate the costs on labor because they could genuinely not find out what the problem was unless they took apart everything which they didn't have the time for nor could they eat the cost for that. Even if they didn't fix my car they are a great shop through and through and genuinely love helping people even if it's breaking the news they their car isn't fixable. 🤣

We used Fountain recently to repair damage on our 2014 Ford Edge. Fountain not only worked with our insurance adjuster but made the whole process smooth and seamless.
