2017 Buick Envision, To whom it may concern: We are not satisfied at all. First we dropped our vehicle off on July 7 2025 to Autobody USA on Shaver Rd. Portage Michigan 49024. We were promised the vehicle by August 1 2025. We received a phone call at 4:30 pm that the vehicle was completed on August 1 2025. IT WAS NOT COMPLETE! The A/C did not work and the Airbag light was still on. Along with a headlight that came out of a burned vehicle. We took the Buick back to them (Autobody USA) the following Monday, August 4th 2025 so they could fix the Air Conditioning, Replace the headlight and fix the Airbag light. They kept giving us the run around, they rented my wife a car from Enterprise Rent A Car, while her vehicle was being fixed. They finally called a week later said that they found a br

AMAZING!! Jim did a great job at keeping me updated on every single thing about my car while it was being worked on. My car was finished on the exact estimated date and I couldn’t be more happy with this shop. They even cleaned it for me!! Everyone is so nice. 100% recommend.

Very nice place to get your car fixed. Friendly staffs. Jordan was who taking care of my car. My Honda CRV looks like band new now.The entire team Did a good job. Fingers crossed. I highly recommend this place.
