Brandon did the alignment on our 2016 e350 and went above and beyond to get the car running perfectly. They did the alignment for a fair price and he diagnosed we had bent rims and tire issues and didn't charge us for the extra time spent investigating the problems.

Price for repairs 5/5. Communication 4.6/5. Honesty regarding the true issue at hand 5/5. I was led astray by Tom Wood VW regarding my 2016 Jetta, which led me to Autohaus. They investigated the actual problem with my vehicle and resolved my issue within days. Will be coming back here in the future if needed. Appreciate you all at Autohaus!

This place is getting more and more difficult to trust in terms of reliability as time goes on. I like these guys but there are some blatant issues I’d like addressed. (The not so great) - Whether you call or stop in for a quote expect to wait at least 3-4 days to get one, often times up to a week or more. - I understand they get very busy but I think they’ve got more cars than they can handle. I took in my Mercedes for a relatively simple Alternator+ Valve Cover Gasket replacement and they had the vehicle for over 3 months, which I think personally is unacceptable, it’s not like I was getting an Full engine+ transmission rebuild. - There was an occasion where they decided to fix my broken, yet still functional hood latch and charge me for it when I never mentioned anything of it dur

These guys do excellent work for a fair price. If you have a German car, do yourself a favor and bring it here. I have had my car in several times and they always take great care of it. The mechanics know their stuff and are friendly on top of that. Plus, as an added bonus, you can check out the latest entries to the classic showroom out front. They do a ton of work on older European cars. It's always fascinating to see what they have in for that day. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
