AutoLogic came highly recommended and I had an excellent experience during my last service with Jeff and Dom. It was easy to schedule an appointment, I received an estimate in advance, the communication was clear and they are knowledgeable and friendly. They contacted me while working on my car to show some additional areas of concern and had exceptional customer service. They were professional and took great care of me and my vehicle. I definitely recommend them and will be a returning customer!

I've been taking the car to the dealership for service for many years. This time the dealer wanted $450 at drop-off before they could even talk about a quote for repairs. I was frustrated enough that I cancelled my appointment with Ford and called Autologic. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that got us to a diagnosis and a repair quote that I could believe in with less wasted time than Ford wanted to charge for up front. They were communicative, respectful of my time and money, and were a pleasure to work with. Even the software they used to share quotes and communication was a great part of the experience.

I cannot stress enough how much I love bringing my car here. Everyone is lovely, and the service is completely transparent and reasonably priced. You receive an estimate of what everything will cost before your appointment, so you never feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. They're efficient and do a fantastic job with the work itself. I also have to add an appreciative plug. My fiance and I got ourselves into a bind where we needed some work done on his car on short notice. Despite having no scheduled spots, Chris worked with us to find a slot that would work within the time constraints. Definitely recommend coming here!!

People are very nice. I had the car not starting. They tested to find what was wrong and replaced the Battery and also changed the air filter and air intake pipe which had a crack. I am very happy with their service.
