I have complete confidence in the technicians work, and their prices are very reasonable. They have been consistently accommodating, going above and beyond to help and to schedule us in quick—even when unexpected car issues arise. Recently, the check engine light came on in both of my vehicles. Automotive Care Express diagnosed the issue and completed the necessary repairs in a prompt manner. They even allowed us to leave a vehicle overnight to help avoid potential towing fees the following day, and they were incredibly accommodating in letting us switch out our vehi

I have had my car serviced here periodically for the last 6 years. Today I had a state inspection. I recently did my own front brakes and had new tires put on for inspection today. The employees are professional, welcoming and greet you warmly. I have always been very pleased with this shop, and today was no exception. Outstanding! I highly recommend!

If I could leave a 100 star review I would!! Renee and Jessica the front office Ladies are a gift from God. I came in with a brake emergency and they actually listened. Not only they listen these ladies and the mechanic was able to diagnose my issue and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on the road . I can not express enough how working with Automotive Care Express has been a huge help. For those who do read reviews my brakes went out on the interstate and I came straight here. I explained my story and let them know I had just gotten everything replaced that same morning. They squeezed me in and ensured my safety before I left their building. This is what I call A1 Customer Service ! I would recommend anyone who will listen to me that this is the place to bring your vehicle !

Ive always used them and they have been fantastic until today. Went in for a battery change and was told the prices for 1/2 hour and 1 hour and was told othwrwise they were fair. Took the gentleman 40 minutes exactly, I timed him and I was charged for an entire hour instead of being pro rated/charged for 30 minutes. I was serviced by Ben and the two women at the front desk. This has put a sour taste in my mouth, likely not be coming back to this place of business and I do not recommend you go there.
