Took it in around Christmas 2025.First time using this mechanic. Had my steering pump replaced. They were very helpful and informative, always keeping me in the loop regarding the repair status. Completed the work in a timely manner. Friendly and personable. Positive experience. Update 1/18/2026 Unfortunately my vehicle is experiencing the same symptoms as it had before the repair that cost over $500. I will be taking it for a diagnostic, hopefully, this week at a mechanic closer to me. I will update this review further when I get the results.

Bad battery was under warranty and they had it on file and replaced it. Battery was free of charge. The new battery warranty starts all over again from this month for 3 years. 1 year free for them to install it. I thought it was my alternator that was bad. They ched it and it was working just fine.

The store was very professional and finished a lot of work in a matter of a day and a half. They use a website that provided full breakdowns of everything happening to your car, what the mechanic recommends, and pictures of what’s wrong. Highly recommend!

I feel like I was very overpriced. Only the reason why I let you stay there is because I’ve already had it there. I had a quote for 623. I had a code for 618. I had a code for 589 and you guys charged me you guys were trying to charge me $807 minus diagnosis and took it down to 727. I don’t think I’ll ever bring another car there.

Great service! Very helpful. Super nice. Thankfully they found the problem with my car that was not as bad as I had initially thought. Saved me a lot of money. You guys rock.
