This is a great place for honest automotive repairs and inspections. I was surprised by how well-maintained and clean the customer lounge is. I found Automotive Concepts on Google Maps and upon seeing an average 4.9 rating I took my car there. They performed all the work as promised on time and for less than estimated.

I brought my car here because of the positive reviews, but this will be my first and last visit. The job was to replace the rear wheel bearings, and within just a couple of days my parking brake completely came off mid-drive. We had to call a mobile mechanic to avoid towing it, and he said it looked like the parking brake had not been reassembled correctly when they replaced the wheel bearings. This led to additional repairs and, ultimately, us deciding to get rid of the car altogether as the incident was terrifying for my kids and left us feeling unsafe ever driving it again. It's a shame because I love supporting local businesses, but this was unacceptable. Please do better and keep drivers safe.

I went for a problem and left with another one caused by the technicians. I was told no worries, the light will just be on. Well it was a worry because now I don’t have cruise control. When I called I was told by Jim it would be fixed when I brought the car back for another $1,800 problem. A problem I never said I was fixing there. After I pushed more I was told they would fix the problem for cost of the part $200. A problem THEY caused. No thanks. Never going there again

First time going there today and had the best experience ever. It’s so refreshing to have an honest and timely assessment of your vehicles needs and without pressure unnecessarily. This will be my home for automotive needs going forward.

I visited Automotive Concepts for the first time today and the customer service was FLAWLESS!! From the moment I walked in the door, the young lady at the counter was warm but very helpful as I needed their assistance immediately. I had a flat tire and she worked my car in and the service was extremely quick. The exceptional customer service extended beyond the counter to the repair personnel when he greeted me and gave me options on repairing my tire. I will definitely be returning as I need to get my inspection done so they are at the top of my list. Definitely would recommend patronizing this small business. Thank you a great first impression and impeccable service. Much appreciated!
