Titan Auto & Tire

On December 2, 2025 I found myself in a predicament. I'm a 78 year old widow who was away from home on this cold, rainy day with a dead battery. I tried charging it with my Halo Bolt portable charger. Not powerful enough to do the job. I tried to contact roadside assistance through my insurance company multiple times. They never responded. I called a friend who came to my aid. I also carry jumper cables in my car which we connected to her car battery. That didn't work either. Very frustrated and fearful that I probably had a major, expensive problem on my hands, my friend drove me to Titan Auto on Hull Street to seek help. I have used them exclusively for all my auto needs since moving to Moseley 7 years ago and therefore trusted they would give me honest advice. I was not disappointed. St

Thank you! Love taking my Jeep “ Freedom” to Titan for everything she needs. "Freedom" loves coming in too! The staff and owners are friendly and so helpful. They have a great rewards program and give a Military discount! Not many places do. My favorite part is the inspection report and the way they send an estimate. The staff never talks down to me and takes the time to explain things to me.

The management and crew at the Hull Street Road facility were polite and professional. We were able to get an appointment for our church bus in a reasonable time and the service was excellent.

The service was great here. Communication was timely and even with a tech down they still held up their obligation to fix my car the day I had an appointment. They also offer a rewards program with 5 pop changes get the 6th free
