We always go to Roy Hendricks and have gone for several years because they are thorough and honest. Had two vehicles inspected this week. Service was quick. Absolutely no problems or complaints. Highly recommended.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** Outstanding service and I couldn't believe how honest they were with what was going my vehicle. I brought my truck in to have some diagnostics ran on an issue that was clearly engine trouble. They narrowed it down to what they believed to be a misfire and problems with my fuel injectors. They gave me a worst case scenario cost and the best case scenario cost. After replacing the parts and realizing it wouldn't fix the issue. They explained to me that the issue is bigger then that what they we're used to running into at the shop. Not only did they politely explain to me that they didn't want to blindly direct me to another shop when they couldn't speak on that shops expertise. They only asked that I pay the cost of part and didn't charge me for labor and time spent na

So anyone can give a five star review if they’re happy with service which is normal but we’ve had these guys fixed three or four different things on three or four different vehicles and they’ve even told us. Hey there’s something we don’t wanna chase and then didn’t charge us for at least looking at it. We were able to chase it down, but I didn’t want to take the time to work on it, but the fact that they work on everything from our diesel trucks down to our Prius and they’re honest every time even when it’s something that doesn’t fit in the wheelhouse they’ll always be our first choice.

This business is amazing. Always friendly and professional. Never recommends repairs that are not needed. Prompt with repairs and have never had any issues in the nearly 20 years I have been bringing my fleet in for service. Recommend them highly!

I hate to do this because obviously due to all the good reviews my experience must be a rare one, but I feel the need to put it out there regardless. After having an issue at the richmond location (separate review) I decided to try this one for a relatively straight forward job of installing a cat back on my superduty. I was quoted $120-$240 which seems to be going rate and I was fine with that. I brought it in as soon as they opened, they got to it shortly thereafter, so far so good. Then an older guy comes out and says its going to be $350 because its harder then he thought.
