The customer service at Automotive Gear certainly deserves accolades. I ordered a front bumper for my 2020 Jeep and the crew at Automotive Gear made sure it would fit the JEEP before undergoing the installation of it. I was immediately called and informed that the front bumper I ordered was NOT compatible to my Jeep even though Amazon's merchant stated initially that it was. The crew had placed all of the parts back in the 📦 nice and neatly. Jarred (spelling may be off) made sure that I ordered the bumper that I wanted and called the company to be certain of the appropriate sale. I was very pleased with the service and the patience that was given to me in the process of changing my front bumper and adding a winch to my Jeep. Thank you, Automotive Gear Management and Staff! The services I paid for were done well - 5/5 stars for the way my cars look. We got our windows tinted and a truck bed spray liner, both were done very well. The customer service is awful - 1/5. When I dropped our vehicle for window tint, there were 3 employees at the desk, they were all very rude and condescending to me. They almost talked themselves out of the job. I personally will not be going back.

This place needs to be shutdown because obviously they don’t want to work. I see why there’s so many negative reviews. My husband called here to have new tires put on his truck and was told oh we’re full and can’t take you. Needless to say he passes by the place on the way to have them put on somewhere else and let’s just say their parking lot and stalls were empty. So I thought you all were booked up and full. I can’t tell if the parking lot is empty. My husband has done business here in the past and guess what will not be back.

I had a troubling experience at Auto Gear of Opelousas, owned by Kevin. During the visit, I was treated with utter disrespect by one of his employee despite my best efforts to stay calm and composed, their behavior was racist! Don't buy from there! UPDATE: Instead of you apologizing on how I was treated regardless of the situation, you decided to justify the bigotry of sexism and racism in YOUR establishment. But according to other reviews this is a trending event that happens in your establishment! (Unprofessional/ Rude / Disrespectful) A man verbally attacking a woman! I have video! SO NO I WILL NOT TAKE THIS POST DOWN. I’ve spent money at your location in the past but it will NEVER NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.
