I had a long-standing vibration issue that several shops couldn’t clearly diagnose. The car had intermittent vibrations under light throttle at city speeds and noticeable engine vibration at idle. No check engine light, no obvious misfires — one of those frustrating problems that are easy to miss. The team here took the time to actually diagnose, not just guess. They test-drove the car, checked live data, inspected ignition components, cleaned the EGR passages, and — most importantly — isolated the issue to torque converter clutch chatter in the transmission. They explained everything clearly and logically, including why a full transmission fluid flush (with the correct Honda DW-1 fluid) was the right first step. Our first time taking our older Jeep to these wonderful people they turned us away. Yes that’s right. But! Only because they found a recall on our Jeep that they did not want us to spend money on. They saved us $3000! They definitely got our business after that. This time we had a weird noise coming from the back end. They diagnosed it, fixed it and did a few other things that were needed in great time.

The first time I went in because my car was making a bad noise. Corey invited me to stop by any time so he could listen to it and fixed the issue. Every time I’ve been by since (my car is old and needed a lot) they all have been great!
