Great service! Just walked in and were greeted with a smile. We asked for help to with the light bulb for our car make and model and was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. He even gave us a glove so our hand oil doesn’t mess up the light bulb. Highly recommend!

Kenmore, WA O'Reilly Auto Parts has always provided quality products and service, thru the years. But I need to share that their Store Manager, Nicholas Miller, went above and beyond this week, providing both excellent service & install of new headlights and windshield wipers. He even went so far as to review my last warranties, saving me a good amount of money! Although, they were busy, and only had one other employee. He still made time to install both products. I couldn't have asked for anything more - Thanks Soo Much! Julie

Went into O'Reilly's in Kenmore yesterday to get a battery for my car key fob. John went above and beyond and showed me how to replace the battery and answered my questions. This young man is an outstanding example of customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Thank You to Shane at the Kenmore WA Store #2511. I came in for 1) Evapo-Rust and 2) Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish and Shane knew exactly where they were from behind the counter. It took less than a minute for me to start checking out; highly competent. Then I left my Pixel 8 Pro phone by mistake, and he followed me over to Safeway (after closing) and returned it to me - a great person. Thank You Shane - John Hendrickson
