Stopped in with a flat tire and was honestly expecting to get brushed off—but these guys stepped up immediately. They were friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful at a moment when I really needed it. The store across the street wouldn’t help at all, but Grease Monkey took the time and got me back on the road. No upsell nonsense, no attitude—just solid, professional service and basic human decency, which goes a long way these days. Had an extremely positive experience at Grease Monkey recently. If you need a headlight bulbs installed that cannot be done at a place like O'Reilly because it's a bit more complicated or time consuming, you definitely should stop at Grease Monkey. Kenmore! O'Reilly did refer me to Grease Monkey. Grease Monkey's communication on the phone and in person is excellent, as is pricing. So grateful for their friendly help - outstanding.

The service at this place is excellent and they always have the little extras like light bulbs and wiper blades. I couldn't recommend this place any stronger, it's the best oil change experience out there.

EXCEPTIONAL! This is the the small town service "feel " from a private franchise owner. The staff,is so kind and honest. No pressure to up sell service not needed. Very knowledgeable on all makes and vehicle models. Quaint waiting area...and updated magazines to read! YES real reading material,with great variety. Special shout out to Darrell. Helped me with my A/C in my SUV. EVEN ran to O'Reilly to get part needed to successfully complete job properly. BRRRR now chilled and comfortable ride ...when we get sun again !
