Automotive Point

Driving through Lake Placid, and my truck started making a loud rattling noise. A quick google search found Automotive Point. I pulled up and spoke with Tom, he got my truck in immediately, and found that the issue was a simple fix. He had me in and out in under an hour, and the rattle is gone. Very reasonably priced, Tom seemed very knowledgeable and professional, and as an added bonus, there’s a really nice puppy in the waiting room, I think her name is Luna. 10/10, highly recommended!

Fixed my heater in my Ram pickup it’s working great! And serviced the transmission and oil change. Very honest! If I would have taken it to a Ram dealer it would have been 4 times as much money.

I'm new to the area and Tom the owner treated me like I was his favorite uncle! The tenacity that Tom displayed in solving my computer issue was beyond impressive. Got a flat tire on Hwy 70 about 10 miles outside of town. Checked the internet for tire repair and selected this one. I had a portable compressor and re-inflated my tire on the side of the road and limped it to the Automotive Point. Skyler looked at it immediately and quickly determined it could be patched. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient. I was back on my way across the state in under 20 minutes. $30 was a great deal for the service. Thank you Skyler for letting me ask you about patching vs plugging and you showing me that my tire would get me home (another 1.5 hrs away), but that I would want to replace it and showing me why.
