The driver arrived sooner than expected, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled my vehicle with care and made sure it was secured properly before towing. What stood out most was how stress-free they made the whole situation. The communication was great—kept me updated on arrival time and even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly once the car was dropped off at the shop. I had a flat tire late night and couldn’t get the lug nuts off, called urgent towing (Jonathan) they answered quickly and was patient while telling me my options of service. He came out with a quick response time, and communicated everything that he was doing and what the problem was with my lug nuts and offered further advice on what my next steps should be to get new ones. Overall great service with great rates and outstanding customer service, definitely will be recommend them to other!

Quite a different towing call. Was at lake istokpoga putting my boat in and transmission shift cable busted. What a problem, gave urgent towing a call and In 45 minutes had us out of the water, worked on getting the transmission getting it in drive so we could drive the unit. The young man sure new his business and solved all our problems. Not going to find a better towing service. THANK YOU URGENT TOWING
