Arrived at 7:21am to pickup my battery order. My order and the website both say they open at 7:00am. When I arrived the door was locked and so I knocked. Two people in the front went to the back never to be seen again. Sebring has much better customer service.
Fast service and knowledgeable staff. I came in 30 minutes before closing to have a hydraulic hose made expecting to maybe get it tomorrow. One lady took my money and the other lady made the hose. I was out with a new hose in 10 minutes. Thanks ladies!
I broke down out of town. And the guys at Napa really helped me out. Found the correct part number for my wheel seal and even let me use the back lot to repair my Tow truck. I can’t thank you guys enough.
