Secondly, they listened very well to my needs, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell me. Thirdly, the work was quality and was completed in a timely manner. Found a RAV4 priced below market value and brought it in to get a professional inspection before I bought it just to be safe, and ended up having talking with Steve at the front desk. He was very informative and experienced with Toyota RAV4s, he explained every thing in-depth that I should keep my eye on and what not to stress about.
