Very impressed with the people and service provided by S&S Auto Care. I was recommended to them by a friend. Called on Monday to ask if they could look at my car and give me an estimate for the work needed. Tuesday went in for an estimate, which included additional parts and labor and was less expensive than the other estimate I had been given by a "big box shop". Wednesday took the car in and broken parts were repaired! They even offered to take me back to my house if I couldn't find a ride home. The three people I encountered (owner, son, and other employee) were very courteous, I felt honest and what quick service! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing car repair.

I was recommended s&s Auto Care by some friends of mine. I contacted this establishment and we agreed on me getting my brake pads and rotors replaced. I was given a very fair price and took my truck in for the brake pads and rotors. Upon receiving my truck back, I immediately had errors in the computer stating that my brake pad sensors needed serviced. When I returned home, I contacted the shop and they told me to bring the truck back up the following day. I brought the truck back up the following day and the technician that worked on my vehicle notified me that he might have accidentally connected the brake pad sensors backwards and they've become damaged. This was my first time at this shop. I had a coupon for an oil change, made an appointment for early-ish one morning, and was in and out in less than an hour: pretty straightforward; no surprises on my old car. They seem to be keen on customer satisfaction. I'll go back there when I need service again. They are located on the right side of a long building perpendicular to Tyler Road among several other business/ industrial suites. I went to the wrong place at first (ESS Auto Service, or something like that, located nearby along Tyler.) They told me where to go.

Had a timing belt and water pump replacement. I shopped around and received a wide variation of prices. A friend recommended S&S so I called them. They were priced very fair and the work was done on time as promised with no problems at all. They will be our new go to place for all our auto repairs and service
