Automotive Solutions–Waterford

On my commute to pick up my little human, I drive by this shop throughout the week. This week they were my saving graces. The back tire of my car as I came up to the shop/stop light began making the loudest sound. I pulled over instinctively on a whim have it looked at. Hoping they had a moment before closing and a free bay...what a wishful thinking moment (when does something like that happen?!). Thankfully, all three staff members were there, not irritated with my random drop in. They actually heard me pull up it was so loud. Within 15 mins the car was pulled into the bay of the clean/organized garage to be confirmed safe and okay to proceed. Best experience and can't thank them enough for their kindness and expertise. If you're in need of car help, check them out. It is worth it.

Technicians are really friendly and helpful. I brought the car there and they took it in immediately. Entire process was approximately 30 minutes and I was on my way. I have even stopped in there just to have them air my tires. All done with a smile. Great place and great people!
