I’ve been getting my cars serviced here for the past couple of years. It’s probably the longest time I’ve used one mechanic before getting disappointed at the service and then changing. Patrick is a very reasonable, friendly and reliable young man who treats customers well and takes pride in his work. The rest of the team seem great too. Thanks guys!

Chris, Roger and Patrick are awesome. Very fair pricing and honest. All three worked on my car and my daughters car. The best part is, the shop right up the street from me. They do not take longer than 1 day with your car, so be prepared to use Uber or bum rides. He does get the job done timely though. Thanks Chris, Roger and Patrick!

My car was towed by this company after I was stopped in Burlington. When I called the next day they were very professional and helped me through the process. They had the power to make this hard for me and didn’t. This was quick and easy and they made me feel comfortable. My car came back in the same shape it was towed and I am very grateful. I would recommend for any personal needs based on the level of customer service here. Great job guys!

We were from out town with car troubles. They saw us on very short notice, and fixed the jammed parking brake lines on my Toyota. Got it all done the day we called them and allowed us to get back on the road before a big winter storm hit. Reasonably priced, explained everything to us, really nice guys, and would highly recommend!

Automotive Technology & Transmission is awesome!! I am a lifelong Billerica resident and I needed service on an older vehicle that was making a concerning noise on the passenger side wheel area and I wanted to make sure that there was nothing broke or worn out. The place I have used in the past and a few other places i called were booked. I called Automotive Technology & Transmission and Roger was great in helping me make a prompt appointment and arranged to drop off my vehicle after hours. I called later that night to leave a message of where i left the keys and the Chris (owner) answered and said they would let me know what they find out.
